Notice of AGM

Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM-quoted Mongolian oil company,
confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held
at 8.00 a.m. local time (4.00 p.m. ULAT/SST) on 3 March 2022 at FTI
Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD with a
satellite meeting held at Blue Sky Tower, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar,
Mongolia.

 

The AGM notice and form of proxy are being posted today to shareholders who
have opted for hard copy communications and shareholders who have signed up to
the Company's electronic communications service will receive notification by
email.

 

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the chairperson of the Annual
General Meeting as their proxy. Any shareholder wishing to attend in person at
either location in London or Ulaanbaatar, is requested to give 48 hours'
notice and send through relevant shareholder verification by email at
ir@petromatadgroup.com .

 

The Company will be providing dial-in audio for the Annual General Meeting and
the details will be provided via RNS nearer the date of the Annual General
Meeting. Shareholders who may not be able to attend the meeting in person but
wish to ask a question are encouraged to contact the Company prior to the
Annual General Meeting by email at ir@petromatadgroup.com. Any such questions
should be submitted so as to be received by the Company not later than 48
hours before the time appointed for the Annual General Meeting.

 

A copy of the AGM notice will be available on the Company's website,
www.petromatadgroup.com, and requests for additional proxy forms should be
made to Petro Matad's Registrar, Computershare, via its helpline number of +44
