UK's Petrofac says securing performance guarantees still a challenge

April 12 (Reuters) - Oilfield services provider Petrofac
 PFC.L  said on Friday it was still facing challenges in
securing new performance guarantees, and that it remains in
discussions with lenders over restructuring its debt.
