and now owns 24,711,429 (45.97 percent) shares
* International Oilfield Services had no shares prior to bond conversion and now owns
3,730,486 (6.94 percent) shares
* Tot Drilling Ltd. had no shares prior to bind conversion and now owns 3,709,888 (6.90
percent) shares
