** Shares in Norwegian Oil company Petrolia  PETO.OL  jump
37% after finding oil in jointly owned drilling licence in the
Norwegian part of the North Sea  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL8N2F61N4
    ** The Dugong well is estimated to contain between 40-120
mln barrels of oil equivalent 
    ** Petrolia holds 20% stake in the Norwegian licence along
with Concedo and Japan's Idemitsu  5019.T 
    ** Private equity-backed Neptune holds a 40% stake in the
Norwegian license
