OSLO, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Norwegian oil and gas firm Statoil STL.OL drilled a dry well near the Jotun field in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate said on Friday. Statoil operates the licence and holds a 50 percent stake.
