May 11(Reuters) - Petrolina Holdings Public Ltd  PHL.CY : 
    * Zigron Holdings Limited, Bestwick Securities INC, Global 
Systems Limited and Grevil Assets LTD SA sell 3.1 million common 
shares of Petrolina Holdings Public Ltd for 2.8 million euros 
($3.19 million) to TOMA (OFFSHORE) S.A.L. 
    * BNP PARIBAS sells 3.1 million common shares of Petrolina 
Holdings Public Ltd for 2.8 million euros to Zigron Holdings 
Limited, Bestwick Securities INC, Global Systems Limited and
