Latam Products Tenders Summary-Petroecuador offers fuel oil, seeks diesel

Sept 11 - Ecuador's state-run oil company Petroecuador is offering to buy up to 10 cargoes of premium diesel and
nine cargoes of cutter stuck, while selling six cargoes of fuel oil with deliveries starting in October. Refining
firm Recope from Costa Rica is also looking for fuel cargoes, including gasoline and MTBE.
Several Latin American oil companies have ramped up tenders in recent days to find fuel cargoes on the open
market as some U.S. Gulf Coast refiners struggle to recover from Hurricane Harvey, which between late August and
early September affected a large portion of the energy infrastructure in Texas.
