Sept 18 (Reuters) - British retailer Pets At Home PETSP.L said on Thursday its CEO Lyssa McGowan has left the company, effective immediately. Current non-executive chairIan Burke has assumed the role of executive chair till a permanent CEO is appointed, it added.
