ARAMIS GROUP ARAMI.PA:

French used car sales company Aramis updated its full-year guidance, on Monday, forecasting its adjusted EBITDA to come around 65 million euros ($76.12 million) in 2025.

ALSTOM ALSO.PA:

French train maker Alstom, on Monday, signed a contract with EFE in Chile to maintain high reliability of Santiago - Nos service. It also secured a 2 billion euros deal with the New York metropolitan transportation authority to supply 316 rail cars.

BRITAIN/FRANCE:

     Britain's King Charles will welcome French President Emmanuel Macron to Windsor Castle on Tuesday for the first state visit by a European leader since Brexit in a trip aimed at celebrating the return of closer political ties between the countries.

French retail distribution group Carrefour unveiled Concordis, a new european buying alliance with Coopérative U.

IPSOS ISOS.PA:

French research company Ipsos said on Monday it is buying Inmoment's health division in Germany.

PEUGEOT INVEST PEUG.PA:

French investment holding company Peugeot Invest said on Monday it is selling its remaining of its stake in SPIE SPIE.PA via an accelerated placement.

SHURGARD SELF STORAGE SHUR.BR:

Guernsey-based provider of self-storage facilities Shurgard Self Storage signed, on Monday, a purchase agreement in the Netherlands.

TITAN TITC.BR:

Building And infrastructure materials company Titan said on Monday it is investing in sustainable construction materials platform at the former fiddler’s ferry power station.
