March 11 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    AIR LIQUIDE  AIRP.PA /VOPAK  VOPA.AS :
    Tank storage firm Vopak  VOPA.AS  said on Monday that it has
signed an agreement with industrial gas company Air Liquide to
develop and operate infrastructure for ammonia import, cracking
and hydrogen distribution in Singapore.

    DASSAULT AVIATION  AM.PA :
    Cancelled on Friday 2.29% of its share capital, representing
around 63.16 million euros.
    
    ESSILORLUXOTTICA  ESLX.PA  and KERING  PRTP.PA :
    Are among the suitors for Italian eyewear manufacturer
Marcolin, the Financial Times reported on Saturday.
    
    FRANCE/UKRAINE:
     A visit by President Emmanuel Macron to Ukraine should take
place in the coming weeks, the French Presidency said on Sunday,
the third time a planned trip to the country has been postponed
since February.      

    JDE PEET'S  JDEP.AS :
    Announced on Friday the appointment of Luc Vandevelde as its
interim chief executive, starting on April 1.   

    PEUGEOT INVEST  PEUG.PA :
    Said on Friday its board of directors has set in motion a
managerial transition, starting with CEO Bertrand Finet stepping
down by July 31, 2024.
