Peugeot family backs Stellantis after CEO Tavares quits

PARIS, Dec 2 (Reuters) - The Peugeot family holding
company, a major shareholder in Franco-Italian carmaker
Stellantis  STLAM.MI , on Monday expressed its continued support
for the group after the surprise resignation of CEO Carlos
Tavares. 
    "The Peugeot family group offers its full support to the new
executive board and to all the Stellantis teams who are working
to meet the group's current challenges", it said in a statement.
