** Shares of digital property exchange company PEXA Group
Ltd  PXA.AX  rise as much as 2.2% to A$13.980, their highest
since April 18, 2023
    ** The Australian firm posts a 9% jump in third-quarter
transfer volumes to 537,000 
    ** Says total transaction volumes for Q324 were 837,000
    ** Adds co is cautious about impact of interest rates in
Australia on its property settlement and refinancing activity
levels
    ** PEXA stock has risen 23.24% this year, as of last close
