** Online property firm logs H1 FY25 operating EBITDA of A$73.2 mln ($45.4 mln) vs consensus estimate A$72.4 mln

** Launches on-market share buyback of up to A$50 mln

** Reaffirms earlier outlook for FY25 group operating EBITDA margin of more than 34%

** More than 634,000 shares traded, 2x the 30-day avg

** Stock up 6.2% YTD
