Australia's PEXA jumps to 9-month high on NatWest commitment

** Shares of PEXA Group PXA.AX rise as much as 9.2% to A$14.10, their highest level since October 23, 2024

** The property settlements platform provider top gainer on the S&P/ASX 200 index .AXJO, which is trading flat

** Co says its UK unit and British lender NatWest NWG.L committed to an implementation programme to facilitate future remortgage and sale & purchase transactions by NatWest on PEXA's platform

** About 1.1 million PEXA shares change hands, 3.1 times the 30-day average of 355,228 shares

** YTD, shares up 7.7%
