    The United States said Russia was using Ukraine's biggest
nuclear power plant as a "nuclear shield" by stationing troops
there, preventing Ukrainian forces from returning fire and

    German utility Rheinenergie, the energy supplier to the city
of Cologne, on Monday said prices to some customers would more

    Adler Real Estate overstated the value of one of its
