** Shares of Pfizer Ltd PFIZ.NS jump 11% to 4,960 rupees

** 'Gelusil' antacid maker's fourth-quarter consol net profit surges 85%; rev from ops up 8%

** PFIZ recorded a one-time gain of 1.73 billion rupees ($20.3 million) from sale of a property

** Adjusting for the one-time gain, profit before exceptional items and tax rose 4% Y/Y

** Stock trims YTD losses to 6%
