    PG&E to invest $11.4 bln in California in 2027, launches strategic review
    Sept 2 (Reuters) - Utility PG&E PCG.N said on Wednesday it would invest about $11.4 billion in California in 2027 after deferring $2 billion of planned spending, as it launches a strategic review of its business and financing.
