    Masonite terminates deal to acquire PGT Innovations

    Jan 17 (Reuters) - U.S. maker of vinyl and aluminum
doors Masonite International  DOOR.N  said on Wednesday it would
not submit a revised offer to acquire PGT Innovations  PGTI.N 
and terminated its previously announced deal.
