Pharvaris N.V.: Jumps in U.S. market debut

** Shares of Pharvaris N.V.  PHVS.O  jumped 25% to open at
$25 in their Nasdaq debut on Friday
    ** PHVS was valued at $762.9 mln at the debut price 
    ** Netherlands-based Pharvaris had priced its initial public

    ** PHVS offered around 8.27 mln ordinary shares in IPO,
raising about $165.4 mln 
    ** Pharvaris is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical co that
develops innovative therapies for hereditary angioedema (HAE)
    ** Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, and SVB Leerink were the
joint book-running managers for the offering
