Pharvaris rises as FDA lifts clinical hold of hereditary disease drug

** Shares of Switzerland-based drug developer Pharvaris
 PHVS.O  rise 10.2% to $30.08 premarket
    ** Co says FDA has lifted the clinical hold on the
application for co's drug deucrictibant following review of data
from a 26-week rodent toxicology study
    ** Deucrictibant is being studied to potentially treat the
clinical signs of an hereditary angioedema attack and to prevent
the occurrence of attacks
     ** Hereditary angioedema is a rare disease that causes
unpredictable and frequent severe swelling of the skin,
gastrointestinal tract, upper respiratory system, face and
throat
    ** Stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months
