Erytech to sell U.S. manufacturing facility to Catalent, shares soar

** Erytech Pharma's  ERYP.PA  Paris-listed shares jump as
much as 13% after the drug developer said it would sell its U.S.
manufacturing facility to contract drugmaker Catalent  CTLT.N  
    ** Catalent agreed to acquire Erytech's commercial-scale
cell therapy manufacturing facility in Princeton, New Jersey,
for a total of $44.5 million, the French biopharmaceutical

    ** The parties will also enter into a long-term supply deal,
under which Catalent is set manufacture Erytech's lead product
candidate eryaspase, the group adds
    ** Erytech stock is down by around 36% year-to-date
