** J.P. Morgan upgrades PAHC to "overweight" from "neutral" rating, saying co continues to deliver strong results

** "Execution across the Animal Health portfolio has been solid over the past few quarters and we expect these trends to continue, supported by strong customer demand and healthy industry fundamentals" - JPM

** Brokerage raises PT to $35 from $25, a ~15% upside to stock's last close

** Including session's moves, stock up ~44.9% YTD
