** Shares of fuel systems maker Phinia PHIN.N up 11.10% at
$33.39
** Co completed its planned spin-off from BorgWarner BWA.N
on Monday, and began trading on the NYSE on Wednesday
** BWA announced the spin-off of its fuel systems and
aftermarket parts segment into PHIN in December 2022, citing a
pivot to EVs
** BWA shares were last trading down 0.47% at $43.70; The
stock has gained 8.58% YTD, including sessions move
