Phio Pharma up on positive review for skin cancer therapy trial

** Shares of drug developer Phio Pharmaceuticals Corp
 PHIO.O  climb ~6% to $6.62 premarket
    ** An independent committee recommended proceeding to
enrollment of subsequent dose group for an early-stage trial of
Phio's experimental therapy, PH-762, for treating a type of skin
cancer - co  
    ** Recommendation based on review of interim safety data,
which disclosed no drug-related severe or serious adverse
events, Phio says 
    ** In addition to the study in France, co expects to start a
trial in U.S. for the therapy early in H2 of 2023 for treating
another type of skin cancer 
    ** Phio shares down ~45% in the past 12 months
