Further to the announcement on 18 December 2024 in relation to the purchase of
shares by the Company's property advisor, QSix Residential Limited ("QSix"),
the Board notes that QSix has today purchased a further 30,155 Ordinary Shares
in PSD at an average price of 165.81 per Ordinary Share.
