PhosAgro 4Q 2017 IFRS Results Announcement Date

On 21 March 2018, PhosAgro will publish its audited consolidated IFRS
financial statements for the three months and twelve months ended 31 December
2017. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast the same day at
13:00 London time (16:00 Moscow; 09:00 New York).

The call will be held in English, with simultaneous translation into Russian
on a separate line.
