1. Pursuant to the Ordinary Resolution passed by the Members of the Company by Postal Ballot on 15.02.2016 for sale of Intellectual Property Rights relating to the brand 'Corvi' together with the domain name www.corvi.com to Corvi LED Pvt. Ltd., the Board of Directors of the Company signed the Agreement for sale with Corvi LED Pvt. Ltd.
