    ** Reports Q2 revenue of $217 mln,  missing estimates of
$231 mln - LSEG
    ** Co posts Q2 adj. earnings of 46 cents/shr, also missing
estimates of 53 cents/shr
    ** Co sees Q3 revenue in the range of $221 mln to $229 mln
    ** YTD, stock is down ~9.9%
