10.2% to $21.10 premarket 
    ** Co posts Q3 adj. earnings of 51 cents/shr, missing
estimates of 52 cents/shr - LSEG data 
    ** Reports Q3 revenue of $224.2 mln, also missing estimates
of $230 mln 
    ** Co experienced temporary demand slowdown in some end
markets - CEO Frank Lee 
    ** Co forecasts Q4 revenue in the range of $222 mln to $232
mln
    ** Forecasts earnings between 51 cents and 59 cents/shr
    ** PLAB was up 39.6% YTD until last close
