    ** Company posts Q2 profit of $0.65/shr vs $0.45/shr a year
ago
    ** Q2 revenue increases 12% to $229.3 mln
    ** Q2 results driven by growth across integrated circuit and
flat panel display segments as demand for design-driven product
remained high - company
    ** PLAB forecasts Q3 revenue between $224 mln and $234 mln
    ** Including session's gains, stock up 9.9% YTD
