** Co reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.51 vs analysts' estimate of $0.38, according to data compiled by LSEG

** PLAB reports Q3 revenue of $210.4 mln vs analysts' estimate of $204.6 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** In Q3, co's board authorized an increase of $25 mln to share repurchase authorization

** Photronics expects Q4 revenue between $201 mln and $209 mln, forecasts Q4 adjusted EPS to be between $0.42 and $0.48

** As of last close, stock had risen 1.17% YTD
