9.2% to $6.12 premarket
** CFO Troy Reisner will step down on or after Nov. 15 and
before Nov. 30, regulatory filing said
** Co's interim CEO, Stephen Chen, will work with vice
president of accounting and financial reporting, Brendhan
Botkin, to assume Reisner's duties
** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen 64.4%
