U.S. stock index futures rose on Monday on higher odds of presidential candidate
Donald Trump winning a second term after surviving an assassination attempt,
while interest rate cut hopes continued to lift sentiment.  .N 
    
    At 7:32 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.66% at 40,567. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.53% at 5,694.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.61%
at 20,650.
