Feb 24 (Reuters) - PHX Energy Services Corporation  PHX.TO : 
 * Announces its fourth quarter results, minimal 2016 capital expenditures 
   budget, and elimination of dividend 
 * Services-qtrly consolidated revenue decreased by 63 percent to $56.1 million 
   compared to $152.9 million in the comparable 2014-quarter 
 * Says it is expected that only $3.6 million in capital expenditures will be 
   spent in the 2016-year 
 * Says board has approved the elimination of the corporation's quarterly 
   dividend effective immediately
