HealthPeak to merge with Physicians Realty to create $21 billion entity

Oct 30 (Reuters) - HealthPeak Properties  PEAK.N  and
Physicians Realty Trust  DOC.N  have agreed to combine in an
all-stock merger of equals valued at about $21 billion, the
companies said on Monday.
