** Betsy Cohen-backed SPAC's  FTAA.O  shares up 1.6% at
$9.95 premarket
    ** Co to take technology services firm Pico public in a deal
that gives merged firm an equity value of $1.75 bln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N2PB2N7
    ** Pico, which counts Goldman Sachs  GS.N  and Wells Fargo
 WFC.N  among customers, provides market data and other services
to the financial markets community
    ** Cohen-backed SPACs have also taken boutique investment
bank Perella Weinberg Partners  PWP.O  and payments provider
Payoneer  PAYO.O  public
    ** SPAC raised $250 mln in a February IPO
