Saira Johnston joins the Board and commences role as Chief Financial Officer

 

Picton is pleased to announce that effective 1 April 2024, Saira Johnston
joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer.

 

As previously announced on 12 October 2023, Saira brings extensive real estate
experience to Picton, having spent more than 20 years working in the sector.
She has held senior finance positions across the industry, most recently as
CFO of Gravis Capital Management Limited, which has an established business of
managing listed real estate and infrastructure assets. Saira's previous roles
were at Moorfield Group, CBRE Global Investors/ING Real Estate and Morgan
Stanley Real Estate Funds.

 

Lena Wilson CBE, Chair at Picton, commented: "On behalf of the Board, we are
delighted to welcome Saira, a highly regarded CFO with a proven track record
in real estate finance, to the business. She brings a wealth of experience and
complementary skills to Picton which will ensure we maintain our disciplined

Saira Johnston, Chief Financial Officer at Picton, added: "I am delighted to

strategy."

 

Andrew Dewhirst, who is retiring from the Company as previously announced, has
stepped down from the Board and will leave the business following a smooth
transition and delivery of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts.

 

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew for his
commitment and financial leadership since 2011 and wish him well in
retirement.

 

As at 2 April 2024, Saira Johnston holds 20,434 Picton shares.

 

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed in respect of
Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
