Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Further to the announcement of its preliminary annual results on 22 May 2025,
Picton can confirm that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025
('2025 Annual Report') and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of AGM'),
with the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on Wednesday 30 July 2025
at 9:30am, have been sent to shareholders today.
Further details about the AGM are contained within the Notice of AGM,
including how shareholders are to complete and return their proxy form in
connection with the AGM, within the prescribed timeframe, so that all proxy
votes can be counted, which has been made available on the Company's website:
