Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Pineapple Power Corporation PLC ("the Company"), a special purpose acquisition
company, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated Form of Proxy have been posted
to shareholders and are available on the Company's website
at www.pineapple-powercorp.com (http://www.pineapple-powercorp.com/) .

The AGM will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen St, London
WC2B 5DG on Friday 12 August 2022 at 11.00am.

The AGM will deal only with the formal business of the meeting and there will
be no presentation. The Company recognises the importance of continuing
engagement with shareholders and that they should be given the opportunity to
raise questions with the Board. As such, shareholders are invited to send any
questions that they have in connection with matters arising at the AGM by
emailing clive.d.l@pineapple-powercorp.com no later than 11.00am on Wednesday
10 August 2022. Where appropriate, questions will be responded to accordingly.
