Result of AGM

 

Pineapple Power Corporation PLC ("the Company"), a special purpose acquisition
company, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting
held on 28 July 2025 all 8 resolutions were passed on a poll.

2.       As at the record date for eligibility to vote at the Company's
Annual General Meeting, the Company had 83,332,877 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Accordingly, the Company's total number of voting rights was 83,332,877.

3.       Votes 'Withheld' are not a vote in law and have not been
counted in the calculation of the votes % 'For' and % votes 'Against' the
resolutions.
