Dietmar Exler, Non-Executive Director of Pinewood, has notified the Pinewood
Board of Directors of his intention to purchase Pinewood ordinary shares on a
regular monthly basis and has entered into a binding commitment with the
Company to that effect. Under the terms of that commitment, Mr Exler has
confirmed that he has irrevocably committed to purchase the equivalent of
£5,000 in Pinewood ordinary shares in the open market on the 25th of every
month (or if the market is closed on that date, on the next day that it is
open for trading) for the twelve month period ending on 25 September 2025.
