Inclusion in FTSE 250 Index

 

Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, a leading pure-play cloud-based software
business providing innovative retail solutions to the automotive industry, is
pleased to note the announcement by FTSE Russell that the Company will join
the FTSE 250 Index, effective from 16 September 2025.

 

This milestone reflects the significant success that Pinewood.AI has
experienced since becoming a standalone software business in 2024. In that
time the Company has made strong progress in winning new contracts, expanding
into AI solutions, developing its technology and preparing for its expansion
into new markets, most notably North America.

 

Pinewood.AI will provide a full update on its strategic progress and outlook
when it reports its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on
Wednesday, 24 September 2025.
