    Italy's Stevanato Group, manufacturer of glass vials for
COVID-19 vaccines and other healthcare products, filed for a
U.S. initial public offering on Monday, as the pandemic boosted

    UNICREDIT  CRDI.MI 
    Italy's No.2 bank said on Monday it had sold non-performing
unsecured personal loans worth 220 million euros, of which 165
million euros to MB Credit Solutions and 55 million euros to
Poland's KRUK  KRU.WA , and would book the impact in
second-quarter results. It said it had also struck an accord
with KRUK to transfer up to 250 million euro in unsecured
consumer loans, originated from the first quarter to the end of
the year.

euro in a rights issue that had been 89.8%
