    The bank said on Friday it had agreed with French insurer
Covea to revise the terms of their bancassurance jont-venture,
adding a deadline for the Italian lender to exercise an option
to buy a 81% stake owned by Covea in the joint venture was

    The infrastructure group said on Friday its unit Autostrade
Portugal would sell its 17.21% stake in Lusoponte to MM Capital

    Metal worker unions said on Friday they agreed with
Stellantis to merge production at Italy's Melfi plant on a
single enhanced production line, which will leave production

    The company completed its capital increase, with 89.9% of

    WEBUILD  WBD.MI 
    Construction group Webuild CEO Pietro Salini told daily
newspaper La Stampa on Saturday they got new orders worth 21
billion euros in the first half of 2021 and their construction
portfolio amounted to over 50 billions.
    "We are ready to grow through acquisitions. We are
interested in sectors such as monitoring and maintenance. We aim
to strengthen our position in areas such as Australia, the
United States, Northern Europe and France", Salini said.
    Salini added there are worries over a world raw material
shortage, which he is afraid could even lead to a blockage of
construction sites.
 
    PIRELLI  PIRC.MI 
    Pirelli investor Longmarch is preparing to enter Marco
Tronchetti Provera's financial vehicle Camfin with a share of
around 30%, daily newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Saturday,
adding the operation will be completed by October.
    
    INTESA SANPAOLO  ISP.MI 
    Carlo Messina, the chief executive of Intesa Sanpaolo
 ISP.MI , Italy's biggest bank, said on Sunday the country
needed more mergers and takeovers to create at least three main
banking groups. Messina spoke in an interview with Il Sole 24
