** Shares of financial services co Pioneer Credit  PNC.AX 
fall as much as 9.1% to A$0.60, posting their worst trading
session since Feb. 27
    ** Co has completed raising A$10 million ($6.46 million), at
at 58 AU cents/share, a 7.4% discount to the 10-day volume
weighted average price of 63 AU cents/share
    ** 305,610 shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 133,391 
    ** Stock has fallen 57.1% YTD, as of last close
