raised nearly $135 million from four investors and is looking to
raise an additional $1 billion.
- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is investigating Exxon
Mobil's XOM.N plan to acquire Pioneer Natural Resources
PXD.N , seeking additional information from the companies about
the deal.
- Royal Bank of Canada RY.TO was fined C$7.5 million
($5.53 million) by the Financial Transactions and Reports
Analysis Centre of Canada for failing to comply with the
country's rules aimed at deterring money laundering
- Moscow rejected a proposal by U.S. negotiators of a fresh
offer to Russia in recent weeks to secure the release of
