as 4.5% to 862 rupees, its sharpest pct gain since Nov 3
    ** The conglomerate approves issuance of non-convertible
debentures (NCDs) worth 2.5 bln rupees ($30.8 mln) on private

    ** Over 1.6 mln shares traded by 11:46 a.m. IST, 1.6x their
30-day moving avg
    ** Stock last up ~4%, trimming YTD losses to ~41%
