6.04% to 1123.3 rupees, their highest since Aug 30, 2022
    ** Stock hits sharpest intraday pct gain since July 26, on
track for second consecutive session of gains 
    ** Finance services co said the date of opening of co's
share buyback is Aug. 31 and the date of closing is Sept. 6
    ** Analysts' average rating close to equivalent of "buy"
with median PT of 1,150 rupees
    ** About 4.7 million shares change hands as of 2:42 p.m.

    ** Stock up 27.9% YTD as of last close
