** Projector maker's  PXLW.O  shares jump 12.2% to $2.66
premarket 
    ** Todd DeBonis, chief executive officer buys 43,899 shares
in the company, raising his stake to 1.1 mln shares, according

 from Monday after market 
    ** Separately, Scott Gibson, director of the company buys
8,333 shares for $2.42/shr, raising his holding to 182,501

    ** Stock down ~40% this year, as of last close
