April 13 (Reuters) - Projprzem SA  PJP.WA : 
    * According to the company's management board price offered 
for the company's shares in tender by GK Immobile  GKI.WA  is 
below fair value 
    * GK Immobile offered 8.5 zloty ($2.2) per the company's 
share 
    * The proposed price does not include all the company's 
business capabilities, especially its reloading segment 
    * Plans to develop its reloading segment and says that other 
companies active in this sector are also interested in it 
    * The book value of Projprzem share is 15.64 zloty 
    * Through the tender bid GK Immobile wants to reach 32.38% 
stake in the company, informed about the offer on April 1
